A comprehensive inspection was carried out by Thai Obayashi, our main contractor, in coordination with Palmer & Turner, the project’s lead architect. Both firms have confirmed that the building is unaffected and fully safe for continued use.

Kronos was designed and built with high engineering standards, ensuring long-term safety and structural integrity even in the face of unexpected natural events. While Bangkok is not considered a high-risk earthquake zone, Kronos was developed to withstand such occurrences with resilience and reliability.
