Mr. Songkran Issara, Chief Executive Officer of Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, and Mr. Natee Panichewa, Chairman of the Board of Naporn Company Limited, signed a joint venture agreement to establish Issara Naporn Company Limited to jointly develop a mixed-use project in Phuket under the name of the “Sri panwa Lagoon” that consists of luxury hotel, villas, and community mall on the land of 60 Rais on Cherng Talay, a potential location in the middle of Phuket’s popular area, with the project value of over 5,000 million Baht by having Mr. Vorasit Issara, Mr. Ditawat Issara, and Mrs. Teeraporn Sricharoenwong, representing for Charn Issara Development PCL., along with Mrs. Pornsavant Panichewa, Ms. Klaiduean Panichewa, and Ms. Mueanchan Panichewa representing for Naporn Co., Ltd., recently joined together at Kronos Sathorn Office Building.

Kronos Office Building Sathorn joins hands with SCGP Recycle, promoting the recycling of used paper and contributing to a sustainable environment. Kronos Office Building Sathorn joins hands with SCGP Recycle, promoting the recycling of used paper and contributing to a sustainable environment. Kronos Office Building collaborates with SCGP Recycle to promote paper recycling. Starting on August 1st, 2024, SCGP Recycle sets up a collection point on the Ground floor of Kronos Office Building Sathorn. All types of used paper are collected to be recycled and reused for maximum benefit, in line with circular economy principles. Recycling and reusing help reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the production process. Used paper, including documents, parcels, and boxes, will enter an efficient recycling system. This collaboration aims to encourage everyone to recognize the importance of environmental conservation and natural resources, working together to create a sustainable future.
Kronos Office Building is expected to achieve LEED Gold for Operations and Maintenance Kronos Office Building is currently targeted to achieve LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), with the goal of achieving LEED Gold for Operational and Maintenance (O+M) v4.1, which prioritizes building efficiency, decreases operational costs, increases asset value, and ensures productivity, comfort, health, and wellbeing for occupants. Energy Performance By using an integration of high-performance building design, which includes the building envelope, air conditioning, lighting, and BMS, we can apply the energy-saving measures that have helped reduce the building’s energy consumption. This not only leads to lower utility bills, but also contributes to a healthier environment by reducing carbon emissions. Transportation Performance Kronos Office Building is located in North Sathorn Road, Bangkok within walking distance of Silom Road and close to BTS Sala Daeng, MRT Silom Station and Lumphini Station. Its location at the heart of Sathorn Road also provides pedestrian access to surrounding bus stops.
